There is a Current delay on Direct from DemoniaCult & Pleaser boots. Please allow extra time for your order to be shipped out. This is currently estimated to be upwards of 4 weeks.
DemoniaCult and Pleaser Boots
Please Note: Pleaser USA Boots marked as "Direct from Pleaser*" (includes DemoniaCult Funtasma, Devious and Fabulicious). These are normally shipped directly from Pleaser USA to our UK Warehouse. If you select a courier timed delivery etc this will be the method of postage used when the boots arrive in the UK, not the time from when you placed your order.

In Stock - Literally in the building. Dispatched same day ( usually if ordered before 1.30 pm UK time) or next working day directly from our Portsmouth Shop / Warehouse. With normal delivery times. Or visit us.
Direct from Manufacturer (Pleaser) - We usually place orders with Pleaser (includes DemoniaCult, Funtasma, Devious, Fabulicious) twice per week on a Monday and Thursday. These will usually be delivered to us in around 21 - 28 days or so, although this timeframe can vary depending on the busyness of the season. They will then be dispatched to you by your chosen postage method.
Out of Stock / Sold Out - not currently available from Angel or Pleaser. If you use the "Email When Available" link on the product page we will notify you immediately they become available to order.

| Timings | Depending on the time the order is placed, it may not be processed until the next working day (Closed Weekends). So if you order on a Friday evening, your order will not be processed until the following Monday and any time frame above will apply. |

New Rock Boots
Generally we only stock / list New Rock Boots and Shoes which are immediately available. We do not normally list custom order boots as these take 45-65 days to manufacturer and from experience can overshoot this estimate. If you are interested in custom ordered boots not listed just contact us or ring (+44) (0)23 92 797790 for help or a quote. (UK Office Times)
Please note that New Rock is exempt from any Free UK Delivery offers we may be running, due to being shipped in on demand from Spain.

New Rock Delivery Information
Following BREXIT all New Rock Boots are now ordered in on demand, they normally arrive into the UK in 3-4 working days and are then dispatched to the customer in 1-2 Working days by Parcelforce for UK Deliveries - All Taxes and Fees are Covered by us for UK Customers. (International orders to the EU and rest of world may be subject to customs duties and taxes on delivery).
International Courier options vary and prices and options can be seen at checkout.
