| Dispatch Times : | Most orders are dispatched within 48 hrs, but this may be extended during busy periods or over weekends. Some articles may need to be transferred from warehouse which can result in a slight delay to items being dispatched. If we do have any issues with your order we will be in touch as soon as possible. |
| Please allow a reasonable time for your delivery to arrive, especially if buying a gift. If you require an item by a specific date, please state this in the 'special instructions' box during checkout and we will endeavour to expedite the item for you. | |
| Dispatch Methods : | Most goods are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. This takes 1-2 working days to arrive at all UK addresses normally. Special Next Day Delivery is available on request - please contact us and we will let you know how much extra this will be and we will confirm that your order items are immediately ready to dispatch. |
| High value and bulky items may be sent by courier. A signature is required to accept deliveries of this nature. Courier delivery times vary but are typically 48 hours for UK addresses | |
