|Dispatch Times:||Most orders are dispatched same day. (Monday to Friday if ordered before 3.30pm) Please note we do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays when there is no post. Orders after 3.30pm on a Friday will be sorted and dispatched Monday.|
|Payment methods like Bank Transfers, Postal Orders or PayPal E-Checks which require clearing first will delay your order.|
|Some articles may need to be transferred from our warehouse which can result in a slight delay to items being dispatched. If we do have any issues with your order we will be in touch as soon as possible.|
|If you require an item by a specific date, please state this in the 'special instructions' box during checkout and we will endeavor to expedite the item for you.|
|Dispatch Methods:||Most goods are dispatched via
Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 delivery depending on the method selected during checkout. This normally takes three working days to arrive
to UK addresses for Tracked 48 and two working days for Tracked 24, but may be slightly longer at busier times of the year.
Special Delivery (Next Day) is available at checkout (UK Only) - please note that Royal Mail will usually deliver to residential addresses on Saturday if ordered by special delivery on Friday but this is NOT guaranteed. Saturday guaranteed delivery can be added at an additional charge of £3. If you require this please let us know. If Special Delivery is not available your order is too large, heavy or bulky - contact us for assistance, we can normally arrange a next working day delivery (but not Saturday delivery).
|High value and bulky items may be sent by Parcelforce courier. A Signature will be required on delivery. Courier delivery times vary but are typically two working days for UK addresses. Please note Parcelforce do not deliver at weekends.|
|Overseas customers:||International shipping is by Airmail for lighter items, or courier for heavier / higher value items. A signature may be required on Receipt. Delivery times will vary depending on Destination Country but are typically 4-5 working days.|
|Imports into your country may be subject to import duty if you are not within the EU. You are liable for any duties that may be imposed.|
|Returns & Refunds:||A details list of how to return items can be found in our FAQ section.|
|Damaged Items:||In the event of goods arriving damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Do NOT return damaged items without authorisation|
|Special Instructions for Corset Buyers:||Try corsets on over a t-shirt, and do not lace them tightly when checking the fit. Corsets that have been tight laced cannot be returned 'as new'.|
