Terms and Conditions
|Pricing :||Prices are in UK pounds sterling.|
|Prices in other currencies are approximate, and the actual price paid may differ due to exchange rate fluctuations and bank / card provider / PayPal fees and/or commission charges.|
|Availability :||If an item is "In Stock", please be aware that this is either in stock at the shop or at our warehouse. If your order is urgent, please include this information with your order, so we can offer a better service.|
|Please allow a reasonable time for your delivery to arrive, especially if buying a gift. If you require an item by a specific date, please state this in the 'special instructions' box during checkout and we will endeavour to expedite the item for you.|
|Payment :||We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express / AMEX via our secure online payment system|
|We also accept PayPal payments.|
|UK customers ONLY
may also pay by postal order made payable to Anglo Media.
We no longer accept cheques.
We do NOT accept any checks or money orders from any other countries due to the high transaction costs.
|Cash can be sent in Sterling, Euros or $US at your own risk. (Always send cash by recorded delivery / special delivery or local equivalents). We do NOT accept any other currencies.|

|Credit card billing :||We will normally bill your credit or debit card the same or next working day depending on when the order is placed. Orders placed over the weekend may not be billed until Monday morning depending on the time and day they are placed - please make sure you leave sufficient funds available to account for this possibility.|
|Transactions will appear on your card or bank statement as 'Anglo Media'.|
|Returns & Refunds :||If you no longer require an item, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can cancel your order.|
Goods may be returned for a refund / exchange within 28 days of receipt, this is on the condition that they are returned unused (in their original packaging if appropriate). Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us you are returning the item and put a note in with parcel explaining how you would like us to proceed so as to avoid delays in dealing with your return.
Do NOT return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first and getting authorisation to return them, thank you.

In the event of either of these occurring, Angel Clothing may at it's sole discretion deduct the charge from any refund due.
|Damaged Items :||In the event of goods arriving damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Do NOT return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first and getting authorisation to return them, thank you.|
|Limitations of Liability :||We will make every endeavour to deliver your order promptly, however we reserve the right to delay, suspend or cancel your order for any reasonable cause. Angel Clothing will not be responsible for any incidental loss or damage, however caused.|
|Overseas customers :||Imports into your country may be subject to import duty if you are not within the EU. You are liable for any duties that may be imposed. Please note we are obligated to complete an accurate customs declaration when exporting outside the EU.|
|Status in Law :||All transactions and interactions with Angel Clothing are governed by English Law.|
